Our Total Office Training service will increase the profits in your practice by training your entire staff for consistency and accuracy.

Through our total office training services, we are able to give your business all the tools you need to grow and prosper. DPT believes that educating your office staff is the KEY to success for your practice. We can help get your staff up to speed on proper check-in/check-out procedures, provider coding education, nursing/medical assistant training, as well as setting up your authorization/referral department for a more streamlined process.

Educating your entire office staff on the most accurate procedures means maximum claim reimbursement from all your payers.

For new clients, initial training starts in person at your office with small break out training sessions (check-in check-out), authorization department, providers and the nursing/medical assistant staff). Training is usually scheduled in 1 week increment unless together we decide what is the proper training schedule works for your group. As a training I believe all training should be scheduled together so your staff can all start using their new training at the same time.

Additionally, we also offer Continuing Education Training to our clients who have previously attended our first time initial training. As communication begins and continues with your billing and/or collection company, continuing educational is offered with follow up emails with screen shots (daily, weekly) as needed as well in person at your office if needed. Depending on how many example emails are sent on a daily/ weekly basis an addition PowerPoint will be send to my office liaison. As a company if upper management request additional in office training or via Zoom for clarification this too can be done.
